Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Apoliane. We want you to love your jewelry, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Ship items back within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In excellent condition (gently worn is acceptable)
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale or discounted

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card provider — posting times may vary.
  • If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@apoliane.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@apoliane.com.

Warranty Coverage

Defects that appear after the return period are covered under our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. This includes manufacturing defects like loose stones, broken clasps, or chain failure. Learn more about our warranty here.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
