Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@apoliane.com.
Defects that appear after the return period are covered under our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. This includes manufacturing defects like loose stones, broken clasps, or chain failure. Learn more about our warranty here.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
