At Apoliane, we deliver your jewelry with care, speed, and transparency. Below you'll find information about shipping options, delivery times, and more.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • In-stock items: shipped same or next business day
  • Made-to-order items: dispatched in 6–7 business days
  • After dispatch: standard U.S. delivery in 4–5 business days

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, including tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Standard Shipping: 4–5 business days
  • Express Shipping : Soon

Carriers Used: UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on service and availability.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $65 USD. This will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

4. Gift-Ready Premium Packaging

Every order arrives beautifully boxed, ready to gift. No pricing is included inside the box; your digital receipt is sent by email.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

6. Returns

We believe in what we make — so we give you 60 days to decide. If you're not completely in love, return it (in its original condition) for a full refund — no questions asked.

7. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Events such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues may cause delays. For major disruptions, please reach out to us directly.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, first check your tracking. Then contact us at hello@apoliane.com. We'll assist in tracking or replacing your package when possible.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
