How do I order?

Explore the collection here, then select “Shop on Etsy” on your chosen piece. You’ll go straight to its listing in our Apoliane Etsy shop, where you can choose the available options and complete your order.

The prices shown here are in US dollars. Current promotions, shipping charges, taxes, and the final total are shown on Etsy before you pay.

Where will my order ship from?

US orders ship with tracking from our family-run logistics center in Irvine, California. Our jewelry is made in our family workshop in Bangkok.

Pieces are made to order. Check the processing time and estimated arrival on the Etsy listing for your piece, especially if you’re shopping for a particular date.

What if it isn’t right for me?

Our shop offers 60-day returns on eligible pieces. Check the return conditions on your Etsy listing before ordering; return postage is your responsibility.

If you’d like to return a piece, message us through your Etsy order. We’ll explain how to send it back and the condition required for a refund.

Can I send it straight to someone?

Yes. Your jewelry arrives in a gift box with a soft pouch and no prices in the package. Enter the recipient’s shipping address and add your gift message at Etsy checkout.

Which finish should I choose?

The available finishes depend on the piece. Our fruit bracelets are made with 18K gold plating over recycled sterling silver. For the family selection, check the finishes offered on the individual Etsy listing.

What if I need help with a clasp or a repair?

Send us a message through your Etsy order with a photo and a little detail about what happened. Thomas reads the shop’s messages, and we’ll work out the next step with you.
